This month I have started running as it is probably the cheapest and easiest way of loosing some weight.
At first I was a little bit hesitant for a number of reasons. I thought I simply wasn’t fit enough to run any distance and if I did try I would end up having an asthma attack which wouldn’t be good.
However I was surprised to find out that I was fitter than expected and while my asthma does make itself known I can still manage to finish the whole run. I have even found that my asthma has been getting a little better since I’ve started exercising.
Now it’s probably too soon to say I could run a marathon but I have been enjoying going out for a run and I would like to be fit enough that I could run a marathon if I wanted to.
So who knows, maybe one day that might happen.
